I'm a week into using it and in all honesty, it has been amazing!
I had mammoplasty the usual vitamin E, mederma, all of them. The scars got so bad last week they were red, angry looking, and super painful; I couldn't move and anything that came in contact with them was agoninzing. I called the doctor's office for a faster follow up. The cream arrived April 1 and I started using 2x daily. The improvement has been amazing! Within 3 days the scars were no longer bumpy, now they are shrinking in size, and some are fading. I'll have to reorder I expect in a few weeks, completely worth it!
I took photos (rated totally G) before I started. Will take again at the 3 week mark. The doctor today was thrilled with the outcome, and very happy with the cream as water is the first ingredient and not oil or a silicone so it doesn't clog the pores.
This is a great product. Not greasy. Really helps improve scars.

Important Information
Indications : Use for scars related to surgery or injury. Also highly effective with acne scars as well as stretch marks and c-section scars. May use on burns scars. Do not use on open wounds.
Ingredients : Aqua, dimethicone, panthenol, hexapeptide-9 (collaxyl), allantoin, Rosa rubiginosa (rosehip) seed oil, carbomer, triethanolamine, phenoxyethanol, potassium sorbate.
Directions : Twice daily, you will want to gently massage over the area of your scar until it is absorbed. For optimal results please continue using for 8 to 12 weeks.
